been making a lot of pizzas lately. Trader Joe"s has fresh dough and so does the local grocery and that's the part that takes the most time. The dough is cheep as well. So far I've got three standard ones that I make but it's easy to change up the toppings. I have found that setting the oven to 500F instead of 450F helps a lot. The dough even freezes ok.

lemon chicken
For the pizza margarita I make a fresh tomato sauce and top with basel and mozzarella. The lemon chicken I kind of copied from Socha. I cook the chicken under the broiler basted with lemon and then top the pizza with pesto, mozzarella the thin slices of the chicken. Finally there's the potato and onion. Just a thin brushing of olive oil and topped sauteed red onions, thinly sliced red potatoes, and gruyere. I sometimes add asparagus or prosciutto.

This is a recipe I got off the side of a salad dressing mixing bottle. The bottle fell apart the first time I washed it but I kept the recipe.
